Main Responsibilities:
-Support the development and implementation of digital apps to manage our client and affiliate workflows
-Create and implement automated workflows using Zapier, Active Campaign and other software as required
-Use programming languages to develop, maintain, and enhance applications for the business
-Conduct quality assurance testing of digital apps and automations
-Act as internal network support service provider by troubleshooting application and data issues, and responding to support requests
-Research and evaluate advances in digital technology in anticipation of evolving business needs
-Collect, understand, and analyze data to communicate the performance of our client portfolio using digital accounting and reporting tools
Requirements:
-Organized and experienced with software and digital productivity tools (such as Zapier, HubSpot, Asana, Zoom, Slack, LastPass, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, DocuSign, Google Suite, Active Campaign).
-Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Ruby on Rails, and more
-Working knowledge in one or more general-purpose programming languages
-Clear communicator with the ability to convey information to a wide range of stakeholders including entrepreneurs (C-Suite), accounting professionals, and service providers.
-Analytical skills including research, discovery, analysis, and starting to develop integrated decision-making skills.
-You may have experience working in a technology startup or working in a customer service role in a tech-oriented organization
-Passionate about technology startups, financial services or management consulting
Skills and Education:
You have an undergraduate degree and 1-2 years of professional digital experience working in an entrepreneurial setting, consulting firm, professional services/advisory firm, or financial institution.

Anna is a serial entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and strategic business planning expert with 15+ years of experience in financial planning and budgeting, information systems design and implementation, and emerging technologies.
Anna is a Contract CFO and active affiliate with Tandem Innovation Group. She founded Innovative Strategy Resources, a strategic business management firm helping to create value and confidence-based decision-making, and she is a co-founder/CFO of Thrive Insights, software, and technology company providing cloud-based scenario planning and forecasting tools to small to medium size companies.
Before moving to entrepreneurship at the beginning of 2019, Anna held various senior executive roles in the mining sector’s top tier global companies managing corporate finance and digital transformation projects and for the last two years held a CFO position in the innovation and venture arm of Barrick. Anna possesses fourteen years of financial and strategic planning, modeling and reporting experience, and three years of digital and innovation management experience. Her team created and deployed new entrepreneurial management structure, commercial and enterprise risk management strategy, projects portfolio pipeline management, and evaluation of business cases for Barrick. She has also created partnerships with technology startups, venture funds, accelerators, and incubators.
Anna is a SheEO activator, as well as an active board member of several women-promoting entrepreneurship networks.

Fernanda is our Accounts Administrator and Bookkeeper, responsible for our client onboarding, Accounts Payable and Receivable and Payroll.

Michelle is an extremely dedicated and accomplished CPHR and CPA, CMA. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Thompson Rivers University. Michelle began her career working in both municipal and provincial government, where she learned the importance of policies, procedures, and financial controls.
In 2012 Michelle then used the skills she had learned in government to start her own business in Victoria as contract controller for several not-for-profits, and business solutions for small businesses, combining her knowledge and skills in both accounting and HR.
In 2015 Michelle moved to Vancouver to take an opportunity as a Controller for 3 Tier Logic (3TL), a publicly traded tech company on the TSX Venture. Working with 3TL Michelle was able to cut their cost to a quarter, by streamlining and templating process, contract renegotiations, and eliminating duplicate costs. During her time with 3TL she also listed them on the OTCQB and worked with additional start up companies building financial models for them to raise funds.
Michelle’s unique skill set of business systems, accounting, and HR, enabled her to adapt her skills to work in many industries.
